1. How much do your minor roadside assistance services cost?
Answer: Our roadside assistance services start out at just $75. This includes jump starts, lockouts, tire change with spare, and fuel delivery, excluding the cost of fuel.
2. How much does it cost to get a new tire delivered and installed at my house?
Answer: New tire fees can range depending on tire size, tire brand and your location at the time of service. We also offer Used Tire Delivery services. Our Used Tire Delivery service starts at $234.99.
3. Where are you guys located, I need help fast?
Answer: We are located everywhere, ready to assist!
4. What are average wait times for receiving service?
Answer: Our average wait times are 20-35 minutes, if that, we do the best we can to get to you in the fastest time possible.
5. Do you fix rims?
Answer: We do not repair bends or cracks in your rims, but we can cosmetically repair the appearance of a curbed rim. We also may be able to get you home with a spare, call to check.
6. Do you sell tires?
Answer: Yes, we sell, deliver and install tires at your home, office or roadside location.
7. How much does it cost to get a new battery installed at my house?
Answer: Our service cost for our Standard Vehicle Battery Installation is $280.80 the cost of the battery is included in the price. Depending on your vehicles power needs the cost of the battery can range. Call in, and we will give you pricing options based on your desired warranty.
8. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most forms of payment including cash, most debit & credit cards, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
9. Can I pay for services over the phone?
Yes, we accept payments over the phone, but you may be asked to give extra information, and you must be the person who owns the card.
10. Are you closed on holidays?
No, we're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
11. I have roadside assistance insurance, but they are closed. Can you guys help?
Yes, we can get you home today, but we would have to collect payment upfront. We then give you a receipt to turn into your insurance for reimbursement. Our fees start at just $75.
12. I want to do roadside assistance as a side hustle, can I work for you guys?

13. My car is broke-down, do you offer mechanical services?
No, we unfortunately do not, but we know someone who may be able to help, give us a call for more information.
14. I have a stripped lug nut; can you guys remove it?
Yes, we use specialized tools to remove any stripped lug nut or lug bolt. Pricing for this service can range but starts at just $75.
15. I lost my locking lug nut key and I can't get my tire off can you guys help?
Yes, we can remove them starting at just $75. However, often times these do have to be stripped off which damages the lug nut in most cases.
16. Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final.
17. Can I get service now and pay later?
No, all customers must pay upfront before the service starts.
18. How Fast Should You Drive on the Spare Tire?
The recommended speed for traveling on an emergency spare tire is 50 MPH. Most tires have this speed rating on the tire itself. Refer to your manual for help.
19. How Long Can You Use the Emergency Spare Tire?
You should only use the emergency spare tire to drive up to 50 miles.​
